Enquiries through this website

When you send the contact form or the employer hiring brief, your details are transmitted over an encrypted connection and delivered to our team by email through an email service provider. We use them to respond to your enquiry and to discuss the services you asked about.

If online sending is unavailable, the form does not send anything: it saves a copy on your own device or opens an email draft, and information is shared only if you choose to send it.

Please avoid including passport numbers, identity documents or other sensitive information in an initial enquiry.

Candidate applications

When you submit the candidate onboarding form, your answers are sent over an encrypted connection to our team. They are stored in the candidate management system we use to review applications and may also be delivered by email through an email service provider. We use them to assess your profile, match it with suitable pathways and contact you. The form does not ask for passport numbers or identity documents.

While you fill in the form, your answers are kept temporarily in your browser tab so you can reload the page without losing them. They are cleared when you submit or close the tab.

AI assistance

We use AI service providers (Anthropic and OpenAI) to help our team work through applications and enquiries — for example to summarise a profile, check which documents are still missing, or prepare a draft message. They process this information on our behalf. Decisions with a significant effect on you, such as sharing your profile with an employer, interviews, offers or rejections, are made by our team.

Hosting

This website is served by a hosting provider. When you visit, the provider may process technical connection data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of access in order to deliver the site securely.

Fonts

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. The font provider may receive connection information such as your IP address when the fonts are loaded.

No advertising or analytics trackers are configured on this website. Your browser may store small, non-personal preferences locally for display purposes.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, to restrict or object to its use, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. To make a request, contact us using the details above.
